• Complimentary home visits- up to 2 per year, as appropriate and medically necessary in the sole discretion of your physician,  - (additional visits available as necessary at the Members-only rate of $150 per visit)

• Labs and testing that cannot be performed in-house will be offered at a discounted rate through select vendors.
